  • How to Use

    For your first time steaming, we suggest trying a mild, 10 minute steam.

    1. Pour 1-2 liters of water into your pot. 
    2. Add 1 oz of our herbs into the pot. 
    3. Put your pot with water and herbs onto the burner. 
    4. Put the lid onto your pot.
    5. Crank up the heat to medium and let our herbs steep for 10 minutes
    6. After 10 minutes our herbs will be ready.
    7. Turn the burner off. 
    8. Remove the pot lid.
    9. If you are using a tea bag/infuser, remove the herbs with a slotted spoon. You can put the bag/infuser on a dish and put it in the fridge for use the next day. Don’t use the same herbs more than two days in a row. 
    10. Test the steam with your hand. If it's too hot, let it cool for a minute. There is no benefit to it being too hot. The steam should be at a gentle and comfortable temperature.  
    11. Your steam session is ready!
    12. Remove your bottoms and take a seat at a safe distance above the steam and enjoy.
